Sales Manager
Wildlife World is Europe’s leading designer and manufacturer of wildlife products, and we are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager, with an interest in nature/ecology to join and lead a small team to deliver big results.
We supply innovative and fit-for-purpose wildlife habitats, feeders, and related gifting into national and international accounts within varied sectors such as online and bricks & mortar retail, environmental & ecology, property and land development, education, local authorities across the UK, EU, and USA.
We are constantly looking to open up new markets for our sustainably sourced, fair trade and ethically produced products. We manufacture in the UK, in our own workshop, and with a UK partner business who operate a social enterprise workshop, as well as carefully selected overseas partners who can adhere to our high ethical standards.
We are looking for a go-getter, someone who can negotiate at a high strategic level with key stakeholders, alongside getting stuck into the finer detail of accurate, profitable account management, whilst leading our UK national account managers and sales administrators to drive revenue and increase market share. You will head up the sales department from our offices based in Tetbury, Gloucestershire (ideally 1-2 days per week) and in the field, working closely with both the MD and Board of Directors to deliver our strategic sales objectives and achieve our business growth.
